Abstract: The regulatory practices of China's performing arts industry are mainly concentrated on standardizing online performances, strengthening regulation on performance qualification, enhancing content regulation, severely cracking down on scalping tickets by scalpers, and supporting the development of the performing arts industry. The theoretical logic of performing arts industry regulation can be summarized in three principles of unification of dual effects, collaborative governance, and inclusive and prudential regulation. It is necessary to strengthen coordinated regulation and targeted regulation to promote the healthy and orderly development of the performing arts industry.
Keywords: Performing Arts Industry; Regulation; Unification of Dual Effects; Collaborative Governance; Inclusive and Prudential Regulatio
