摘要：
文化法理论是对文化法现象进行观察、描述、分析、阐释、预测的知识成果。文化法学是文化法理论体系中基础性、框架性、原理性的部分，其为文化法理论研究提供基础范畴、核心概念、基本命题、研究范式等。对于文化法学可以从本体论、价值论、方法论层面进行解析，从而有助于深化对于这一新兴交叉学科的理解和认识，并为文化法学的建构奠定必要的基础。

Abstract:
The theory of cultural law is a body of knowledge that observes, describes, analyses, interprets, and predicts cultural legal phenomena. Cultural law constitutes the foundational, structural, and principled component within the theoretical system of cultural law, providing essential categories, core concepts, fundamental propositions, and research paradigms for the study of cultural legal theory. The analysis of cultural law can be conducted from ontological, axiological and methodological levels, which is conducive to deepening the understanding and recognition of this emerging interdisciplinary subject and laying the necessary foundation for the construction of cultural law.
