摘 要:
随着医疗科技的进步,精准医学逐渐成为提高医疗质量和效率的关键途径,而精准护理作为精准医学的重要补充,同样在医疗体系中扮演着至关重要的角色。本研究旨在探讨精准医学与精准护理的协同发展模式,通过文献回顾和案例分析,系统总结两者的发展现状和存在的问题。研究发现,尽管精准医学与精准护理各自有明确的发展路径和目标,但在实际操作中仍面临资源共享、数据整合与交流平台建设等挑战。为此,我们提出了一种新的协同发展模式,包括建立统一的数据平台、优化资源配置、加强专业培训和推广多学科协作机制等策略。实证研究表明,该模式能有效促进医疗服务的个性化和精准化,提高患者满意度及医疗效能。本研究对于促进精准医学与精准护理的深入融合和协同发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:
With the advancement of medical technology, precision medicine has gradually become a key approach to improving medical quality and efficiency. As an important complement to precision medicine, precision nursing also plays a crucial role in the healthcare system. This study aims to explore the collaborative development model of precision medicine and precision nursing. Through literature review and case analysis, it systematically summarizes the current development status and existing issues of both fields. The research finds that although precision medicine and precision nursing each have clear development paths and objectives, they still face challenges in practical operations, such as resource sharing, data integration, and the construction of communication platforms. To address these challenges, we propose a new collaborative development model, which includes strategies such as establishing a unified data platform, optimizing resource allocation, strengthening professional training, and promoting multidisciplinary collaboration mechanisms. Empirical studies indicate that this model can effectively promote personalized and precise medical services, enhancing patient satisfaction and medical efficacy. This research holds significant theoretical and practical implications for facilitating the deep integration and collaborative development of precision medicine and precision nursing.
