Abstract:
As an important component of China's socialist market economy, the governance structure and benefit distribution model of mixed-ownership industry colleges have significant impacts on economic stability and development. This article analyzes the characteristics of the governance structure of mixed-ownership industry colleges and its effect on benefit distribution, based on the current background of industry college development. By comparing the roles and functions of state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises in mixed ownership, the article systematically discusses the power distribution, responsibility distribution, and interest balancing mechanisms under mixed ownership. The study shows that establishing a scientific and reasonable governance structure, rationally allocating shareholding structures, and creating a transparent and fair benefit distribution system are key to enhancing the governance efficiency of mixed-ownership industry colleges and promoting balanced interests among all parties. Additionally, specific strategies for optimizing governance structure and improving benefit distribution models are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical support and policy recommendations for the healthy development of mixed-ownership industry colleges. Overall, the research strengthens the understanding of the governance structure and benefit distribution model of mixed-ownership industry colleges, providing a scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of related policies.
