本文以“在地性”理论为指导，结合设计实践，提出“依托地域特征、满足社区需要、再造乡土文化脉络”三位一体设计框架。以福建东山岛圣杯屿沉船博物馆为案例，论证在特定自然语境中，建筑空间应主动适配场地条件与历史文脉，以低调介入的方式融合于自然景观，达成建筑与环境的整体协调；设置开放式公共景观步行廊道，为外来游客与当地居民创造便捷交通与文化体验的共享空间界面；挖掘当地文化符号与空间原型，重构建筑的乡土文脉空间逻辑与场所体验，带动周边文旅消费与在地产业协同发展。以期为特定自然语境下公共文化建筑的“在地性”设计提供可借鉴的参考路径。

Abstract:
Guided by the theory of “localism”, this paper proposes a three-in-one design framework that “relies on regional characteristics, meets community needs, and reshapes local cultural context” in combination with design practice. Taking the Shipwreck Museum on Shengbeiyu Island, Dongshan Island, Fujian Province as a case study, it demonstrates that in a specific natural context, architectural space should actively adapt to site conditions and historical context, integrate into the natural landscape in a low-key manner, and achieve overall coordination between architecture and the environment. It sets up an open public landscape pedestrian corridor to create a shared spatial interface for convenient transportation and cultural experience for both tourists and local residents. By excavating local cultural symbols and spatial prototypes, it reconstructs the spatial logic and place experience of the building's local cultural context, driving the coordinated development of surrounding cultural tourism consumption and local industries. This aims to provide a reference path for the “localism“ design of public cultural buildings in specific natural contexts.
